TC LISC’s Careership is a mid-career apprenticeship program designed to train new leaders, particularly people of color, for professional positions in the community development field. Building Sustainable Communities TC LISC was selected as one of 11 local sites to help pursue and implement National LISC’s strategic plan that focuses on building sustainable communities. Our approach will focus on deepening community engagement in neighborhoods, promoting holistic community development strategies, and providing accountability for action and results.
