The Twin Cities Fund for Neighborhood Development (TCFND) and the Fund for Affordable Production (FAP) support nonprofit community developers working to strengthen neighborhoods and build critically needed affordable housing in the Twin Cities. Growing New Leaders

TC LISC’s Careership is a mid-career apprenticeship program designed to train new leaders, particularly people of color, for professional positions in the community development field. Of the 83 persons who have completed their Careership, 72% have secured employment in community development. For more information about the program, click here >>

Building Sustainable Communities

TC LISC was selected as one of 11 local sites to help pursue and implement National LISC’s strategic plan that focuses on building sustainable communities. Our approach will focus on deepening community engagement in neighborhoods, promoting holistic community development strategies, and providing accountability for action and results.
