Our Citywide Equitable Development Strategy brings resources to low income families throughout the city. Under this approach, we use our resources to bring affordable housing, supportive housing for people with special needs and community facilities that bring quality services that benefit low income families.
Specific real estate investments include:

Since 1982 we have invested in dozens of neighborhoods helping to revitalize communities and helping lower income families to thrive. This section gives a brief description of the real estate investments we have made by neighborhood. This list does not include the enormous investment we have made into the operational and technical capacity of our nonprofit partners.
