*Benning Terrace Football Field
Renovation and conversion of a grass field into a regulation football field with astro turf. The field is adjacent to Benning Terrace, a 274-unit public housing complex in southeast. LISC is providing a $200,000 grant through our NFL Football Fields Program. (Children Youth Investment Trust Corporation)

*Hilltop Terrace
New construction of 20 single-family detached homes at the end of the 4600 block of Hilltop Terrace, NE. The new community will be built in three phases. Construction is underway, and the permitting process for Phase II and III is being completed. LISC provided a $50,000 recoverable grant for predevelopment costs.
