Riverside Park Center
Purchase and renovation of a vacant building at 5200 Foote St., NE into the Riverside Park Center. The Center will serve as Washington Park and People’s east of the river base of operations as they lead the reclamation of Watts Branch Creek Park. LISC provided a $225,000 acquisition loan.
