In honor of their 25th Anniversary, Manna Inc., held a house raising - calling on members of the community to help build a new 3 story, 2 unit condominium. Both units will be sold to low income purchases. LISC provided a $400,000 construction loan. (Manna, Inc.)

Renovation of a 20 unit building located at 307 S St NE. LISC provided a $100,000 predevelopment loan to enable them to complete the architectural and
design work on the apartment building that they own. The cooperative has retained LISC partner New Columbia Community Land Trust as their development consultant. (Sierra Cooperative Inc,)

Tenant purchase and renovation of a 162-unit apartment building for conversion to either a cooperative or condominium property at 200-210 Rhode Island Ave., NE.
