Manna, Inc. and Marshall Heights Community Development Organization (MHCDO) joint ventured to develop 22, 3-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath newly constructed attached and semi-detached townhomes on a vacant 55,000 square foot parcel of land located at Texas and E. Capitol, NE. Project is complete and the homes have been sold. LISC provided a $400,000 revolving construction loan. (Manna, Inc. and MHCDO)

Texas Avenue Cooperative (El Presidente)
Acquisition and renovation of their apartment buildings by the then El Presidente Tenant Association. The tenants purchased the buildings to convert them to market rate cooperatives. The apartments are complete and fully occupied. LISC provided a $60,000 recoverable grant for predevelopment expenses. (El Presidente Tenant Association/Texas Avenue Cooperative)
