We provide financing and technical support for new construction or preservation of existing housing for both rental and homeownership.

Examples:

• Fairlawn Estates, New Construction - LISC provided a $1 Million Construction Loan to East of the River CDC to build 21 single family homes at 22nd and T Streets SE. Click here to learn more.
