*Atlas Performing Arts Center
Acquisition, renovation, and conversion of the long vacant Atlas Theatre on the 1300 block of H Street NE into a performing arts center. The final phase, which includes the foyer area, office space in the basement, dressing rooms and a flexible seat theater for up to 250 people, is scheduled to be complete in January 2006. 8th and H Retail Center
Purchase and razing of a deteriorating property at 8th and H Streets NE. Construction is complete on a new 9,000 sq.ft. retail center for three tenants. LISC provided a $400,000 loan and $136,000 recoverable grant. (H Street Community Development Corporation)

Douglass Mews
New construction of 10 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom townhomes located at 10th and I Street, NE. Construction complete; homes have been sold. LISC provided a $300,000 revolving construction loan. (H Street Community Development Corporation)

H Street Plaza
Construction of a 230,000 sq.ft. office building in the 600 block of H Street N.E. The building is fully leased. LISC provided a $300,000 loan and a $5,000 recoverable grant. (H Street Community Development Corporation)

H Street CDC Headquarters
Acquisition and rehabilitation of a 5,225 gross sq. ft. commercial property located at 501 H Street, NE into office space for the CDC and a Business Skills Center. LISC provided a $459,000 acquisition/construction loan. (H Street Community Development Corporation)

Wylie Street Townhomes
Acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of 4 3-bedroom, 2- bathroom townhomes located at 13th and Wylie Streets, NE. The project was successfully completed; all units have been sold. LISC provided a construction loan in the amount of $92,000. (H Street Community Development Corporation)

Auto Zone
Assemblage of three parcels in the 1200 block of H Street into one parcel, on which Auto Zone constructed an 11,5000 sq.ft. store that provided 20 jobs. HSCDC has a 25 year lease with Auto Zone.
