Assemble land and buildings to turn an abandoned 4.5-acre industrial site on Kenilworth Avenue into the Northeast Business Park. The Park is open and operational and provides warehouse space for a contracting firm. LISC provided over $150,000 in financing and over $50,000 as a recoverable grant.
