Tenant purchase and renovation of a 92 unit apartment building located at 3033 16th St. NW - 50 units will be preserved as affordable housing. LISC provided a $2 Million acquisition loan.(The Claiborne Cooperative Inc. / Mi Casa)
* The Antonal Condominiums
Gut renovation of a 12 unit vacant apartment building located at 3125 Mt. Pleasant St. NW into 12 affordable condominiums. Manna Inc., plans to add a number of green features to create greater energy efficiency and better indoor air quality. Seven of the original families that rented there will become first time homeowners. LISC, through our partnership with Home Depot, is providing a $26,000 grant to support the greening of this property. (Manna)
* Crestwood Cooperative
Tenant purchase and renovation of a 22 unit building located at 1630 Irving St NW. The residents, primarily Latino and elderly, acquired their building in 2005 and converted into a limited equity coop. LISC provided predevelopment loan dollars. (Mi Casa)
Parkfair Apartments 
Multi-story apartment building located at 1611 Park Road purchased from the owner by the Tenant Association. Working with the Tenant Association, Victory Housing then purchased the property, temporarily relocated the tenants and completely renovated the property. All units are occupied. LISC provided a $750,000 acquisition loan to Victory Housing. (Victory Housing)
Adelante Cooperative 
Acquisition and substantial rehabilitation of an 18-unit apartment into a 16-unit limited equity cooperative. The project was successfully completed; all units have been sold. LISC provided a $28,000 recoverable grant and $15,000 interest write-down grant, as well as a $182,759 construction loan. (Latino Economic Development Corporation)
