Substantial rehabilitation of 3-vacant, multi-unit garden apartment buildings located at 23rd and Savannah Streets, into 60 units of rental housing for low-income families. LISC provided a $150,000 predevelopment/construction loan as well as LIHTC equity. (East of the River CDC)
