Renovation of 16-unit apartment building at 57 O Street, NW to create long-term housing for homeless women with mental illness. These apartments will be the first permanent, low-barrier housing in Washington DC specifically geared towards this target population. Currently in predevelopment phase. LISC provided a $50,000 grant for predevelopment-related costs. (Open Arms Housing, Inc.)

Hanover Place
New construction of 14, 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes, averaging 1,431 square feet in size, on vacant property located at Hanover Place, NE. The project was successfully completed; all units have been sold. LISC provided a $10,000 interest write-down grant and a $200,000 construction loan.
