This discussion sought to build a roadmap for collectively advancing housing policies relating to Production, Preservation, Planning and Prosperity that will more aggressively respond to the crisis.

We reviewed pending policy proposals, considered some emerging in other jurisdictions, and broke into groups to discuss what the policy proposals would accomplish, whether they would have unintended consequences, whether they would advance equity, and what would need to happen to implement them. Materials and recap of the discussion will be shared soon. All of the discussion takeaways will inform the subsequent discussions and the Next Level Housing Solutions Symposium.
