All In One On-Site Wash & Detail, a mobile-power washing service, has expanded its services to include a laundromat, through financial support from LISC Peoria.
In early September, Pamela and Robert Frazier successfully purchased Fast Track Laundry Center at 801 S. Grand Ave East, Springfield IL, 62703. The premises provide All In One with a physical headquarters in Springfield and an increased suite of services which already includes commercial, residential, and fleet accounts.
LISC Peoria Executive Director, Karen Davis, said this acquisition of Fast Track Laundry Center has retained several positions and opens the door for additional jobs to be added to both lines of business as All In One grows. “LISC is committed to supporting small businesses across Central Illinois, especially businesses owned by entrepreneurs of color, women, veterans, and immigrants. Our goal is to make an impact in our local communities and one of the best ways to do that is to invest in local businesses,” said Davis.
All In One has been in business since 2002.
LISC Peoria, established in 2012, is a not-for-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), which provides capital to projects in low-income, disadvantaged and underserved communities at affordable rates.
