Connecticut Vibrant Communities Coalition

Turning Blight into Opportunity

The Connecticut Vibrant Communities Coalition (CVCC, formerly known as CT Blight Remediation Coalition) is dedicated to transforming vacant, abandoned, and deteriorated properties into productive assets. The Coalition is comprised of municipalities and partner organizations who address these goals through education, peer learning, and policy development. LISC facilitates the CVCC with support from the Harold Webster Smith Foundation.

Who Should Join?

CVCC seeks to expand our membership, which is free.  We encourage participation from municipal leaders and other professionals in community and economic development interested in policy, best practices, and strategies to turn around problem properties and disinvested neighborhoods.
