2019 LISC Indianapolis Annual Report

In 2019, LISC invested $19,139,204 in Indianapolis neighborhoods. This total includes $9,110,749 in loan financing, $8,000,000 in equity investment, $1,789,005 in program grants, $75,000 in project initiation loans, and $164,450 in training, technical assistance, and capacity building. From this investment, LISC leveraged an additional $83,856,111 in other neighborhood development investment.
