2021 was a busy policy year for LISC. We are grateful for our numerous partners and the leadership of City Council Members and Staff that helped make 2021 a momentous year for housing in KCMO.

The rent is still due. Eviction moratoriums across the region have expired, resulting in deluged dockets and crowded courts. The initial wave of individual resources from the federal government has receded. And, yet, $50 Billion in rent is still owed again this month.
