Applications are due Friday, February 8, 2019. NYLOP for HUD 202s was developed in response to changes in the federal Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program which will enable HUD 202 owners to take on new sources of financing for rehabilitating their properties.
On June 27, 2018, LISC NYC and senior advocacy organization LiveOn NY hosted a workshop for owners and managers of HUD 202 senior housing to discuss impending changes to federal regulation that will allow HUD 202 owners to take on new sources of capital to rehab and preserve their buildings.
