LISC NYC is making Technical Assistance available for HUD 202 PRAC Owners

1.29.2019

Applications Due February 8, 2019

For the first time ever, LISC NYC will offer technical assistance to HUD 202 PRAC owners through the New York Land Opportunity Program (NYLOP). NYLOP was founded in partnership with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to support mission driven organizations to preserve and develop affordable housing.

This program was developed in response to changes in the federal Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program which will enable HUD 202 owners to take on new sources of financing for rehabilitating their properties. Through NYLOP, LISC NYC’s experienced housing team will support HUD 202 PRAC owners to utilize the program to preserve—and potentially develop—affordable housing on HUD 202 land. Further information on the technical assistance offering and application is available here.

LISC NYC is currently accepting letters of interest from organizations who wish to be considered for this opportunity.  Letters of interest are due to Grace Chung at gchung@lisc.orgby COB Friday, February 8, 2019
