As lender, LISC NY’s technical assistance role is wrapped into every loan we originate. Many of our projects have outsized technical complexity.

As consultant, LISC NY provides technical assistance on an affordable fee-for-service basis.  These engagements typically occur when LISC NY has no formal role in lending to a project.  LISC NY negotiates payment terms with each client based on what they can afford and what the project can support.
