Eva spearheads the SchoolPrint: Charter School Project Management initiative. She comes to LISC with a depth of finance and community development experience. As an originator at NCB Capital Impact and as VP of Lending at City First Bank of DC, Eva transitioned her private sector finance and structuring experience into investments in community projects that included charter schools, small local businesses and community health centers. She served as Deputy Director of LISC’s Educational Facilities Financing Center, and was the Director of Lending and Portfolio Management at Building Hope. She earned a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Eva has served on numerous non-profit boards and committees, and currently spends her volunteer time organizing 5K fundraisers.
Lee Chaffin has more than 12 years of experience in project construction management within the public charter school industry. He primarily serves as an Owner’s Representative. In addition to project management he has experience in developing and executing facilities operations for various charter schools in the Washington DC metro area.
He currently works with Schoolprint: Charter School Project Management an entity within LISC. LISC has created SchoolPrint, an initiative to smooth the path for schools in their facility development process, with the support of the Walton Family Foundation’s Building Equity Initiative.
Prior to working with Schoolprint, Charter School Project Management, he has served as Vice President of Facilities Operations for Busy Bee Environmental Services Inc. In this role he was responsible for the facilities operations of over 22 public charter schools. He developed and recommended capital improvement budget requests regarding buildings and grounds; evaluates related capital improvement requests.
Before changing careers to facilities management, he worked in the media and entertainment industry for Viacom where he served as the SVP of Affiliate Distribution and Marketing. He was responsible for developing and executing the distribution and marketing strategy of various cable programming networks.
Chaffin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Hampton University. He has also enrolled in many executive management courses at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and the University of North Carolina, Kenan Flagler Business School.

Mina is responsible for creating and maintaining a database for facility vendors relevant to the charter school real estate development sector. She will maintain a similar database for charter school contacts and implement inbound marketing strategies to include a number of different channels, such as social media and blog articles, and content specific data to attract clients to the SchoolPrint:Charter School Project Management website. Mina earned a B.S. in Biology from George Mason University.
