Whether you work in the public or private sector, at a small business or major nonprofit, you know that effective state and local policies and programs are a critical component of equitable and inclusive community development strategies.
We want to hear from you about the policies and programs that are working for your community, and the ones that aren’t.
LISC seeks to create programs that work in tandem with existing policies, and to drive systems innovation and change when there are gaps in policy. To help us do this, we want to better understand the local policies and programs that are making a big difference in urban and rural communities across the country. We will share these new, innovative approaches so that we can learn from each other about how to strengthen our communities.
To ensure that we have a complete picture, we need to hear from our partners around the country, spanning the nonprofit, small business, philanthropic, public, and corporate sectors. We want to get good representation from every region of the US, and from both urban and rural places.
To move forward this work with urgency, we seek to have all responses by January 10th, 2020.
