LISC Philadelphia seeks an organized, energetic individual to join our community development team, as a Summer Communications Intern. The Intern will have a meaningful learning experience by developing communications and engagement skills such as writing, researching and event preparation, while gaining experience working with an established national nonprofit organization and the community development field.
LISC Philadelphia seeks a self-motivated individual to fill a Program Assistant position. The Program Assistant will work closely with the Housing and Lending Program Officers and other staff to ensure that program support, financial and grant management is timely and accurate and programs are administered smoothly and effectively.
On Tuesday, November 19, Councilmember-elect Jamie Gauthier served as the Keynote Speaker at the Community Connectors Institute Celebration at the The Discovery Center in East Fairmount Park. The celebration honored 30 diverse Philadelphians, who completed a six-week intensive Connectors Institute.
