Creative Placemaking

From neighborhood revitalization to affordable housing, we integrate creative placemaking into everything we do. As such, we are advocates for strong artists and arts organizations. We honor those that help us all engage with the world creatively.

LISC invests in creative placemaking work in communities all across the country by supporting partnerships that inject arts and culture into revitalization work in locally relevant ways. These projects not only help transform the physical environment, they also spark economic growth and strengthen a sense of community identity, ownership and pride.
