Series Overview:

The right facility team is critical to the success of your project. Depending on your capacity as a school leader, this team may be made up of your in-house staff/facilities team or outside service providers. There are a number of facility team roles that can be out-sourced. This series is specifically tailored to schools who want more guidance about how to decide which roles to outsource, how to select the right provider, and want to understand the value of a given role to their facility project.

Learn more about what an owner’s representative (OR) is and the role they could play on your facility team. Over the course of the webinar attendees will also learn: 

  • How to decide whether and when to hire an OR for your facility project
  • How to communicate effectively and manage the relationship with your OR
  • How OR fees are typically structured
