Scott G. Love serves as the inaugural Executive Director of LISC Louisville. Scott has invested many years in community development in Louisville, serving a Vice President, CRA/Community Development Manager for the KY/OH region of Truist Bank. In that role, he worked in the areas of small business access to capital, workforce initiatives, affordable housing advocacy, economic mobility, and educational equity, to name a few. Previously he worked for the bank, under the former BB&T flag, as a VP, Commercial Lender for 11 years, where he was once named the region’s Sterling Performer of the year. Prior to that, Scott worked 12 years in Louisville Metro Government’s Louisville Forward. His responsibilities included business development, focusing on small business start-ups, expansion and retention strategies for existing businesses, as well as providing Ombudsman solutions, while leveraging key partner relationships at the local and state levels. In these varied roles, Scott has strived to promote civic collaborations leading to results-oriented economic/community development and affordable housing.

Scott has been in Louisville since 1997 and loves the city. He sits on the board of directors of the Louisville Asset Building Coalition, Wesley House Community Services, and New Legacy, and is also involved with 100 Black Men of Louisville and Black Achievers. In 2017, Scott was appointed by Mayor Greg Fisher as a Rose Fellow representing Louisville. The Rose Fellowship is a partnership between the National League of Cities, Policy Link, and the Urban Land Institute.

In his free time, Scott is active in his church, St. Stephen Baptist, serving as the Chairman of the Deacon Board and as a Sunday school teacher for over 20 years. Scott is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and attended Florida A&M University, where he majored in accounting.

Logan brings a wide breadth of experience in economic development, civic engagement, and healthcare to LISC. He most recently served as Director of the Health Enterprises Network at GLI, where he oversaw workforce development and business expansion efforts, in addition to leading the restoration of statewide collaboration within the life science and pharmaceutical industries. Previously, he managed the economic development and small business support strategies for the Louisville Downtown Partnership, also serving on the Mayor's Downtown Revitalization Team. He began his career at Humana, working in both Humana's Commercial Pharmacy Strategies team and the Medicare Risk Management team. He and his wife Jasmine own and operate Fleur de Tea Cafe in Old Louisville and Norton Commons.

Logan attended the University of Louisville for both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees, and worked as the graduate assistant to the Department of Economics while there. He was commissioned to the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels in 2020 and has served in leadership positions for several non-profits and leadership organizations. He and his wife live in Old Louisville and enjoy walking their dogs through Central Park and trying all the amazing new restaurants in the city.

Shauntrice Martin is the LISC Louisville program officer for economic development. She has over a decade of experience and in 2020 she created #FeedTheWest which distributed free healthy groceries to 50,000 residents in the West End of Louisville in less than six months.

Anita Phelps is an experienced administrative professional and the new LISC Louisville assistant program officer. Before joining LISC, Anita worked as the Executive Administrator at OneWest. And a Passport Health Plan Executive Assistant where she supported the VP of Compliance.
