Increase Partner Capacity
We need to partner with dedicated community groups to carry out our revitalization strategies in our key communities. To that end, we provide technical assistance and support, predevelopment loans, construction financing, and equity to help neighborhood organizations and developers create community facilities, affordable homeownership, rental housing options, mixed-use and commercial projects to fuel neighborhood revitalization.
LISC supports some of these efforts by
- Assisting neighborhood organizations and developers with technical support to build or renovate facilities.
- Providing LISC loan funds and equity into our target investment areas.
- Securing private and public financing commitments to leverage LISC funds for the development and renovation of quality projects.
