Event Materials from the March 11th Panel Discussion on Affordable Housing Trust Funds

In this session, we heard about the various structures, funding and utilization of housing trust funds along with context on the proposed charter amendment which would require the City of Cincinnati to fund the Affordable Housing Trust Fund at $50MM anually. We led with an introduction from Robert Killins, Jr., from Greater Cincinnati Foundation and panelists included Katy Heins, from Community Change, Matthew Leber, from LISC Housing, Kelan Craig, from Ohio Housing Finance Agency, along with Joele Newman and Matthew Strauss representing Cincinnati Action for Housing Now.
