Pre-development Financing

LISC Greater Cincinnati expanded work in affordable housing and has elevated the conversation across the region, currently we offer 0% interest loans for early stage affordable housing projects.

These project investments will be used by developer partners for initial costs in the development process, such as environmental assessments, architecture and engineering services, applications for historic tax credits, appraisals and more.
