  • Establishing and and financing seven nonprofit Community Development Corporations (CDC's) to implement LISC's work
  • Financing and Building 2,105 units of affordable housing in targeted disadvantaged neighborhoods
  • Creating more than 1.7 million square feet of commercial space

  • Providing recreational spaces through fourteen NFL playing fields
  • Creating, designing and implementing the EPIC Community Initiative in two Jacksonville neighborhoods
