LISC provided $2.55 million in debt refinancing to support Coastal Haven Apartments, an existing 104-unit HUD 202 project-based senior apartment complex located in the southeast part of Corpus Christi. Coastal Haven Apartments serves very low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities earning up to 50% AMI. The financing will pay off an existing loan balance, and finance both a landscaping project and a parking lot re-pavement project. LISC's partnership on this project helps improve and preserve high- demand affordable senior housing, and enables the borrower to better serve special needs populations their area.
