Founded in 1919, The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati Inc. (TCT) is the oldest professional theatre for children in the country. Its mission is "to educate, entertain and engage audiences of all ages through professional theatrical productions and arts education programming."
TCT is located in Cincinnati, OH.
LISC provided a $4.28 million construction loan to facilitate the rehabilitation of the nation's oldest professional theatre dedicated to children. This funding supports the redevelopment of the Emery Theatre, granting TCT a dedicated theater space in a location where they can profoundly impact the lives of children who are most in need of guidance. This loan was financed through LISC's partnership with First Financial Bank. A 50% participation was sold to the Cincinnati Development Fund.
