Ensuring that Western New York residents have access to programs and services that help families achieve true financial stability is a critical element for improving the quality of life for neighborhood residents. LISC helps residents achieve these goals through technical training for individuals, like the Developer Education Training Program, and through the development of Financial Opportunity Centers (FOCs).
Developer Education Training Program
This program supports small-scale minority developers, with the intent of building a community of citizen developers who are equipped to take an active role in revitalizing their own neighborhoods.
