2020 was a year of challenges for all of us, and the LISC Toledo team was proud to meet the moment in new and old ways to continue advancing community development in Toledo's core neighborhoods. In 2020, LISC Toledo:
- Invested a total of $6.7 million in Toledo's neighborhoods and leveraged an additional $6.9 million.
- Awarded more than $620,000 in grants to 69 local small businesses
- Supported the Financial Opportunity Centers to disburse nearly $2 million in emergency rental assistance payments, benefiting over 500 households
- Sold 10 Core City homes and sold 14 YR16 homes to first-time homeowners.
In 2020, LISC invested a total of
$6.7 million
in Toledo's neighborhoods.
