Event Recap

Last month, the STRENGTHMATTERS Financial Management Conference was held in Dallas, the only event of its kind serving the strategic and finance arms of the community development sector. Over 300 affordable housing developers, CFOs, board members, CDFIs, auditors, and syndicators attended and participated in many lively and informative plenaries and sessions.  LISC was able to sponsor a number of participants who have reported that they were energized by the learning and networking opportunities. Topics included strategic discussions on capital and change management, as well as workshops on financial reporting, management, real estate and lending.
