About the project


Since 2004, Price Hill Will has been dedicated to serving the greater Price Hill area by enacting physical, civic, economic, and social impact within the community. A not-for-profit community development corporation, Price Hill Will is a local leader in creative placemaking, and specializes in community building, economic development, health and wellness, and arts and culture programming.

Price Hill Will is headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, and focuses its work predominantly in the neighborhoods of East, West, and Lower Price Hill on the West Side of Cincinnati.

LISC provided $1.65 million in financing ($615,000 acquisition and $1.04 million construction loans) to Price Hill Will. This project enables Price Hill Will to acquire properties and rehabilitate historic buildings, allowing them to grow their Creative Placemaking program and build a Creative Campus on Warsaw Ave, the main corridor that runs through East and West Price Hill. The Warsaw Ave Creative Campus, spanning eight buildings in total, will provide a place where youth and families can learn and grow together via arts and creative pursuits in the heart of the community. This project also will serve as a way to connect the momentum from investments in the Incline District and the revitalization of the Price Avenue corridor to the rest of the neighborhood.
