New Green Resources

Bay Area LISC's Green Connection program is pleased to announce two new technical resources for green affordable housing. The Green Rehabilitation of Multifamily Rental Properties: A Resource Guide helps affordable housing owners and their consultants integrate green building and energy efficiency into the upgrades of their multifamily properties. The Green Operations and Maintenance: Toolkit and Buyer's Guide explains the benefits of greening operations and maintenance practices and provides a toolkit of green products including estimated costs and local retailers.
