Crime Reporting Forms and Impact Statements

Residents can greatly aid law enforcement operations by reporting crime with specific and timely information. They can also help prosecutors and judges by sharing “impact statements” about specific offenders or types of crime to provide context for what otherwise might appear to be an isolated (or often misdemeanor) offense. The following models were shared by LISC Safety & Justice partners from around the country.
