LISC targets investment to those organizations and projects that can deliver the maximum positive impact for the community. LISC provides loans, predevelopment project investments, and grants to help local organizations serve the housing and community development needs of their communities. LISC invests resources in building the capacity of local organizations to strengthen communities.
