LISC Announces Jumpstart Seed Grant Application

Philadelphia LISC announces a Jumpstart Seed Grant Competition to provide funding to help with planning and start-up costs to launch Jumpstart programs in neighborhoods across Philadelphia. Esperanza begins redeveloping Roberto Clemente Middle School into affordable housing

On October 13th, Esperanza broke ground on the adaptive re-use of Roberto Clemente Middle School, which will become a mixed-use building with 38 affordable apartments. Philadelphia LISC provided Esperanza with a bridge loan to make the project happen.
