Rural Employment and Financial Coaching Network

The Network

The Rural Employment & Financial Coaching Network is a group of Rural LISC Financial Opportunity Centers® and Rural LISC Community Development organizations offering a similar integrated service delivery of financial, employment, and income supports coaching. This network broadens the resources and support available to organizations in rural communities offering financial and employment coaching services and provides a strong peer-to-peer support network for partners across the country.

Benefits of Membership

  • Access to nationally recognized trainings, resources, and partnerships.
  • Access to peers across a national network of financial and employment coaching programs.
  • Recognition and amplification of your organization's financial and employment coaching services.

Expectations of Membership

  • Have an existing database that tracks key financial and employment outcomes.
  • Provide a mid-year and year-end report on aggregate financial and employment outcomes.
  • Show positive client outcomes (increases in net income, net worth, credit scores, job wages, job retention, etc.).
  • Participate in trainings, meetings, and discussions designed to increase the efficacy and capacity of your financial and employment coaching programs.
How do I join the Network?

If you are interested in joining the network, complete an interest application by clicking the button below. We will review applications quarterly and will notify your organizations once applications are reviewed.
