Neighborhood Economic Inclusion

Thriving neighborhoods lead to thriving residents. Our Neighborhood Economic Inclusion Agenda brings together a community’s residents, business owners, and stakeholders to strengthen neighborhood commercial corridors. LISC Bay Area works deeply with local leaders to uplift their vision for their neighborhood as development takes place to protect the culture, values, and history they cherish.

Not only do we make sure the right people are centered in development processes, but we also provide capital to bring their visions to life through grants and loans. We mobilize resources to support existing business owners, attract new ones, and develop their commercial corridors. This helps business owners succeed and ensures that residents have access to the goods, services, and jobs they need to thrive.
