While wealthy communities are filled with green spaces, bustling commercial corridors, and ample resources, urban communities of color have been locked out of investment. We want to rewrite the rules and remove the barriers people of color face in pursuing opportunity and generating wealth. Through New Markets Tax Credits, value-aligned investors can receive a tax credit against their federal income tax in exchange for making equity investments in these under-resourced communities.
