Predevelopment Line of Credit
About the project
Venice Community Housing (VCH) was founded in 1988 with the mission to reduce homelessness, maximize affordable housing, empower residents, provide social services, and advocate for public policy that protects and strengthens the economic, racial, and cultural diversity of Venice and other neighborhoods on the west side of Los Angeles.
VCH is located in Los Angeles, California.
LISC provided a $1.5 predevelopment line of credit to VCH to fund predevelopment expenses associated with affordable housing projects in VCH’s pipeline. These include renovations and constructions of new projects including Crenshaw Project, 20th Street Project and Inglewood.
